- Likely to gain more weight - From not exercising fewer calories are burnt meaning that no weight is lost. From this health problems such as Obesity can occur in your teenage years
- Non-clear skin - From not getting enough physical activity the amount of blood flow to the skin. This may lead to an increased chance of acne
Changes To Your Body
- Increased chance of heart diseases - Not getting enough physical activity in your life can lead to a higher chance of heart problems. This is because fatty material is being built up in your arteries and clogging them.
- High blood pressure - High blood pressure is mostly caused by weight gain, and from that high blood pressure is formed. This causes more strain on the heart to push blood throughout your whole body
