As a adolescent friendship's and relationship's are one of the most important things in your life, and being physically inactivity could have a huge impact on this.
Playing in a team sport, or actually putting effort into compulsory PE lessons can increase your social skills, or it may even be possible to create new friendships, however not taking part in these activity can effect your social development in a variety of different ways
- Lack Of Confidence - Playing a team sport is a great way increase your confidence skills through a sustained period of time. Not playing with other people in your age range, may make it difficult to socialise with others and reduce your confidence levels. As well as this social skills may not develop either
- May Not Develop Leadership Skills - Through taking part in physical activity it may be possible to gain some leadership skills from it. These skills can then be used in the future to help you with stuff, such as job interviews. Through being inactive it means that these skills are harder to develop
- Isolation - A few teenagers in todays society take part in a sport, and the ones who aren't have a higher chance of isolating themselves. This may be because they can't relate with other people their age or maybe not even have anything in common with them

Football
Football is one of the worlds most common sports played worldwide and it is available for both boys and girls.

Rugby
Rugby is another worldwide loved sport however you typically see more boys place than girls. Girls team are still available in the area though.

Netball
It is very uncommon to see male adolescents play netball, however it isn't impossible. Netball is a loved worldwide sport, especially in secondary schools.
