It has been scientifically proven that a lack of energy and physical inactivity can lead to a depressed mood and mood changes. A lack of physical fitness goes hand in hand with a lack of motivation, making it even harder to start exercising in the first place. Depression and anxiety chances are increased because a chemical called serotonin isn't released from the brain, which carries messages between your brain and your nerve cells.

Reduced Concentration Levels

Not taking part in physical activity can decrease your concentration levels and this can affect you in may ways.
